ABOUT US

I am fortunate to be a fifth generation North Idahoan, born and raised right here in “God’s Country”. After graduating from Coeur d’Alene High School in 2003, I went on to receive my Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Arizona State University. However, I always knew that North Idaho was where I wanted to live my life, raise a family, and share my knowledge and love for the area with others.
After graduating college in 2007, I moved back to Coeur d’Alene to find it nearly impossible to start a career in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) so I went back to my college summer job down at the Coeur d’Alene resort as a lead Valet and Bellman before finally following in my Grandmother’s footsteps of getting my Real Estate license in 2013. Through the years of real estate I have worked with clients from all ends of the spectrum, but have found my passion in helping my client’s through an investment focused lens. It fuels me helping client partners acquire assets, achieve generational wealth through buying
and selling real estate investments, and most recently the Short Term Rental Market. In 2019 I launched my first Airbnb in downtown Coeur d’Alene, and over the years have generated a wealth of knowledge to better serve client partners on how to generate wealth, and cash flow.
In the spring of 2021 I became the Designated Broker of Back Forty Real Estate, a family owned, local Real Estate Brokerage that my brother Cory and I launched in 2020. I married the love of my life, Tabatha in September of 2015. Two years later we welcomed our first Daughter, Tatum to the world, and followed by her little Brother Johnny in the summer of 2020. We also have 2 Black Labs, a cat, and a fair goldfish who appears to be in it for the long haul. My hobbies include Big Game hunting, reffing high school football, camping, fishing, and exploring.
I am also the founder of the local Impact Club in Coeur d’ Alene. We meet quarterly and through our amazing group of local investors (members) we have been blessed enough to give over $175,000 to local charities dating back to our inception in 2018. We live in the best community possible and hope to continue giving back to our local charities that are truly changing lives on a daily basis.

My mission is to better the community I grew up in with an altruistic approach to real estate development, investment and growth. Coeur d’Alene is transforming and my goal is to help negotiate that transition to keep CDA a place we can ALL be proud of. Kootenai County is comprised of hard-working, generational families that operate around relationships, connections and trust. Let’s use our relationships to better our community, businesses and the future of CDA.
I am blessed to be a fifth generation North Idahoan, born and raised. Growing up in a logging family, I was taught integrity and hard work at a young age. I carry this in everything I do from real-estate to everyday life and relationships. After graduating from Coeur d’Alene High School I attended Arizona State University for the majority of my undergrad before transferring to Lewis & Clark State College to earn my degree in Business Administration.
I spent nearly ten years in the commercial lighting Industry, started my own business and sold it to a publicly traded energy firm in 2013. I have help my real estate license in Idaho and Arizona (non continually) since 2006.
Being an entrepreneur myself allows me to understand a business owners underlying needs and get as creative as possible to accomplish our common goal. I am passionate about the commercial side of real estate; working with business owners, investors and other real estate aficionados to find investments that perfectly fit their needs.
I am married to an amazing woman, Griffen, who’s passion lies in animal welfare, bettering our community, and she’s also on the Board for Childrens Village CDA. She is also the 2021 Mrs. Idaho (which, in turn, makes me Mr. Idaho :)) and has done an amazing job holding that title. We share our home with three rescue dogs, two cats+two barn cats, ten chickens and of course our very own baby girl, Joey.
